1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, with all tags intact.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Personal care & grooming products
  • Perishable goods
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product page


3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


4. Exchanges

If you receive a defective or wrong item, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹999.
  • Orders below ₹999 may have a nominal shipping fee, displayed at checkout.

  • You can track your order status directly on our website or courier partner’s site.


5. Delivery Issues

  • If your package is delayed or lost, please contact our support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
  • Damaged or tampered packages should be reported immediately upon receipt.
